Good morning: woken up by the heat. Not my radiator. All very quiet, despite being a Monday morning. Got to take the rubbish out. Going to see to my hellebores and dahlias, try to get some form of label so that I can collect seeds.

Biddulph Grange is also famous for its stumpery, but I'm not a fan, so very few photos

Dahlias - but we were too early, so only a few

Haha.. At long as Volterol keeps you pain free, that is fragrant too. Go and see if you carpel is causing me grief. Now I know why people are addicted to morphine ..

That sticker is OK, but when it gets wet, it doesn't look good.

It rained last night. The ground is a bit wet. I hope heavens doesn't scupper my laundry plan .. Now someone sabotaged my Chrome browser as it loads precisely NOTHING!

@Logan That was in July when we went there. I have now a Dandy candy or candy dandy flowering now. Bought it in RHS Hyde Hall, something like this. Well, no. Those googled don't look like the one I have. Will take a pic later, just for you.

I'll hang the clothes out. Hopefully, the weather report is wrong AGAIN!

@Verdun has stolen my sunshine again..

I bought about 5 of these yesterday. Is there any way I can stop my flowers collapsing onto the pathways, @Verdun ?

£1.50 each .. Too costly.

Here my Dandy Candy for you, @Logan . Flowering now!

Why can you only grow white and yellow ones, @Logan . I so want to have more. My Chinese friends really like magenta colour. One man I met at the bootsale even developed his magenta flowers - all blurred - just showed how much he loved them. I have to hide this plant in amongst the similar coloured fuchsia (cream and dark pink) or else it might be stolen.. But they just love the heat near the front where they are baked.

Last year, I had a massive patch of purple single osteospermum, but this year, I had only a stem showing hand:cry::cry:, but now, I have a modest patch.. They just love being baked.
