Lovely photos. The marina looks so serene. Today, if you're going home, it should be a lovely journey as it's going to be sunny! I mean:cool::cool::LOL::ROFLMAO:

Another viewing today. Must lower the price and not to be greedy!

Thank you Alp, I'll still go around the Woods now that it's calmed down. A few years ago they cut down some of the trees, they said that it was tree management and some were getting too old, it was planted when these houses were built. It's a copice really.

Another viewing today. Must lower the price and not to be greedy!

I wouldn't lower the price, say that your open to suggestions.

Are you falling asleep, Logan at 9.13am?:D Zenj is helping his son to shift his stuff. Perki is going to a wedding. And I will lower the price as I have inflated it, just a bit! LOL!

You should never, never go with the price estate agents suggest. You know why? They are not your blood relatives. They just want to squash your asking price so that the first person who comes along will snap it up and they get their commission and next house please. They run a business, for money and not for love. I have seen brother asking me to bill more so that he can get more money back from his own brother. If you look a bit dumb or stupid, they will name the price for you. I said the same to the estate agent staff about his attempt to squash my price, he just giggled. I was telling the truth. What do they care? Put yourself in their shoes and you will get the picture. I am desperate to move, but it doesn't mean that I should give away my house.

The man from the estate agents said to me, "If you don't put the house on the market now, the house prices will fall further and you will lose out!" I wanted to laugh, but I tried to treat people with dignity even though they wanted to talk down to me as if I were an idiot. He forgot that if the house prices were falling, I would buy a cheaper house! Then he said his estate agent was better because they used Z****! I just wanted to laugh. Really, I should be sharp with comments like this just was plain silly.

Do your own research and find out how much similar houses are asking on the market.

Good morning, Logan et al:

It has been raining, but not serious; but then, I wouldn't know as I went to bed at midnight, very late. Saw Topiary Levens Hall in The British Garden Revival. It's really lovely. Shame I had to go there when it's raining. A lot of Swedish tourists on that day. In fact, the weather was hardly any good whilst we were in the Lake District.

The viewing has been postponed to today. What a bore! Beggars can't be choosers!

Good morning Alp, glad that you have some rain, you can have some of ours.
The lake District can have changeable weather, but very nice,i wouldn't live there.

Hope they come today for you.
Our son is coming today at about 11am for a few hours. He said that he's busy the rest of this month. I don't mind as long as he's ok.

Got a new bigger artificial christmas tree this year, can't wait to see how it is but not yet.

Why do some people put their decorations now?

Hope your son has a good time with you.

If I had children, I would do the decoration. Wouldn't it be nice to have some fun in this dreary weather with low light level? And incessant rain.

I don't mind especially if someone else is decorating it. Homebase is now full of nothing but Christmas trees! Overkill!

Morning hope all well , near miss there Logan  with the tree , had a beach tree come down across one of the main road the other day as well.

I survived the wedding took a day of recovery from the hangover . Other than some really awkward moments for me it was nice do. The bar was dear  it is for round here £4.75 pint ( I don't like larger ) so my drink were dear some £12. The gardens were nice from what I saw lots of bux topiary / hedges.

£12 was fine as long as you enjoyed yourself. Come on, tell us more about the really awkward moments! Dying to hear a bit of gossips! Waiting for the 3 pm viewing. So bored and so sleepy. Son crashed out after 5 days of post office work.

Don't know how you can cope with your weather, Perki ! Seems to be raining all the time. Ex went to the Lake District with his friend and he said he was lucky not to have been caught by the rain. Get some inspiration to prepare for your own wedding, Perki! :D;)

Going to divide another clump of stipa gigantea. Very pleased that I got about 8 plants from one clump and could sell some to pay for new plants. Think posh gc will reduce their bulbs before Christmas. Rubbing my hands with glee and drooling already

Cost me just over £100 in drinks wallet feeling light . I am quite shy and introverted so that why some bits were a bit awkward, first one before everyone went into the room for a meal groomsman / bridesmaids were kept back , we were expected to walk in dancing to a song magic mike I think it were , I just walked in head down hands in pockets it weren't just me not happy about that either. The other one we could right down funny / embarrassing stories about bride / groom , I wasn't expecting to stand up with a microphone, I skipped half the story and sat back down which made the story sound naff and made me look like a clown. I die a little bit inside when doing social things like this
I would never get married, just the day its self is enough to put me off.
