Morning @alp.......blame the pigeons......they are always at it!!!

We have them cavorting on our garage roof every day, and in this heat......the female one is a right old hussy.......all the males wait in line for her !!!

We are in for another scorcher today, had enough now..don't want to play this ' summer' game anymore....bring on winter!!!!

Have the feeling that you might have some rain episodes. In fact, @Mark56 might have some. If not, we are both very, very, very unlikely. When I heard the flapping, I deluded myself that it was raining! And this morning, the ground was DRY!

If he's in London, he WILL BE HOT! Might need an air con unit.

Talking about son: I did a wash and unknowingly, turn it to 90c! I am dead. Those shirts were bought from Saville Row! All 3 or 4 of them.

Hate doing our sons laundry whenever they come down , why do they have to have such posh and expensive clothing....always scared it will shrink, colours run....or stretch....stressful!!!!

Just checked. Hopefully, they are OK. Need to ask him to wear them to find out. Talking about colour-run. I also washed a £12 parki from Lidl with it. I was sooooo scared. Turned out Lidl is good, i,e, no colour run. But if it did shrink, we would need to buy another one very quickly as £12 for one with 4 pockets is exactly what he wants - all the safe pockets for this and that.

According to the chart, we should have rain today! I will post here as soon as it rains!

But don't wait! It will NOT happen!

Sunday looks more promising

The Avon SSS is quite good. So far this morning, a few buzzed next to my nose and got a hit on the underside of the right arm. Removed a few branches of my white flesh Victorian plum. A most delicious plum. Want to take some cutting. Tomorrow morning, I will shed the branches which will give me some mulch material.
