@alp if you hover your cursor over the smiley's it will tell you what they are. :)

Sheal: As you can see, I plunge rather than looking at the landscape first. LOL! So all the time, I didn't even know I have stuck out a cheeky tongue at people.. I thought it was a big laugh!

Good morning - all very dark, don't think it's that cold; but on the other hand, it's not as sunny as predicted.

Good morning everyone :)

On the towans to the beach, groups of rabbits were ignoring me, a stoat in pursuit of one of them sprinted past me, a couple of lazy foxes and a beautiful crisp but not too cold morning add up to something quite special again from mother nature:finger: Again, nice n sunny here alp(y)

We have more former residents of the Grenfell flats down here.....they have all been offered free holidays. Hopefully the scenery, good weather and the hospitality offered them will help with their recuperation and well being. Some were interviewed last evening on tv and they seem to be having a good time. Can only imagine the horrors they went through

Planning to remove an old philadelphus and a pine.....will open up more areas for lots of exciting perennials
(y)
Have good day folks :)

Wish I could see another stoat again.. Lovely wildlife your way, Verdun.

Very nice for the people of Cornwall to invite firemen and victims to holiday .. Such a nice touch of humanity!

And I thought your garden is perfect! Why are you moving and planting more and more .. Wish to have your garden..

PS: a bit of sunshine, a bit tentative as if being too chilled to unfurl its warmth or brightness.

After I finished lighting my tea candle using terracotta pots .. I heard some scratching noise and looked down. To my horror, the frog was still alive and scratching.. Days ago, I saw it in the lean to. I was so glad that it was still alive, though much smaller (or there had been TWO frogs inside the lean to!) I took it out and set it free. A good deed today.

I had to hop around to take the photo.

My son was shouting as if he were conducting some saga. I had to calm him down, telling him that it was only pasting wall paper. He also hyperventilated.. Being autistic really doesn't help. Obviously, I have only a mild case. I am glad that I did it with him as he has now mastered one more skill and it's good for his confidence!

That's good that he's learnt something new. My dad used to sware at the wallpaper that he was putting up. He used to tell my mom off for choosing it.

LOL! We said to each other that we wouldn't match any pattern, but in the end, we still had to as there are grids in the wall paper. Most of the 20p per roll were horrible. This one is a bit more contemporary. Today, I'm going to strip the other wall and wall paper it with pure plain paper. Wall paper is not half as messy as plastering and it is one of the cheapest ways of covering imperfections on the walls.

Morning all, is everyone OK?

Grey today with rain supposedly on and off for most of the day:(

Good news is that I've done one container full of Tulips.....still more to go but getting there...at last!

Still taking things at an easier pace as my shoulder is still recovering from the U S procedure. Fingers crossed that it will do the trick.

Have a Wonderful Weekend:):)

Sunny here, @Upsy Daisy . That reminds me - I have to plant some bulbs - could be daffs or narcissus.. Don't over-stretch yourself. Glad that you have been gardening .. good for the body and soul ..
