Lay the blame on me again @alp.......I can take it:D:ROFLMAO::D:ROFLMAO:

Oooh @Verdun......I'll have to come down for a haunting holiday(y)
All my childhood holidays were spent on a farm in Launceston and the old cottage that we stayed in was hundreds of years old ,not only was it spooky but so was the furniture!!!!!! My nan was a tiny old lady, she wore her long hair in a bun and much to the amusement of us kids a bat that was in the house got tangled up in her bun!!!.......My dad love the holidays for the fishing rights that came with the cottage.....we loved the spookiness, farm life and the one eyed horse!!!!

:eek::eek::X3:......Sorry a ghost must have sneaked off with my manners..........Good Morning everyone.....lovely start to the day here ..the sun is shinning, so all is well!

Have a Frightfully Fantastic Friday everyone:devil::devil::devil:;)

:D:ROFLMAO:.....not sure now @alp it was sold up years ago ,one of the sons have a farm of their own not that far from the one their parents had. His farm was used as a filming location for the original Poldark story. He told us how the old barns were all converted to make up different environments.....:)

Morning everyone :)
Yep, all welcome to Cornwall for the fright of your lives
I remember helping my sis in law to move from an old house. She would never go into one of the bedrooms so I went in there to collect something on her moving day. It was freezing in there, felt obliged to turn around and in the corner sat a smiling old woman. I went to the corner and searched about.....an "experience" indeed
Another story. An old neighbour here I used to check on from time to time had an aggressive poltergeist both in her previous home and this one. Her previous home apparently was built adjacent to an old grave yard and the poltergeist "followed" her she maintained. It would pull dishes and pans out of cupboards and throw tools around in her garage. It did not worry her at all but her son-in-law was terrified. :coffee:
Who knows???

My brother used to live in a house that was backed onto a old woodland. One evening his wife was standing at the back door and she saw a soldier with armour on walking down from the wood down their garden. She went into the house and closed the door. There was some sort of battle went on where the woodland was.

Just come in .......a tad nippy out there now:(
Did a bit more clearing up and cutting back this afternoon......was lovely and quite warm earlier.

Drove out into the countryside and stopped off to enjoy a very yummy roast late morning/ early afternoon........had to to something to work the calories off:D:ROFLMAO:

@ Logan we just turned the sliced turf over and layed it upside down between plantings......it you cut then small( ish) you'll be surprised how much you can dispose of all around the garden . We've managed to do this successfully with a considerably large portion of unwanted grass......and it soon rots down nicely.:)(y)
