I'd be inclined to move them indoors during the night, or cold days, and out into the polytunnel during the warmer daytimes. This will save them slowing their growth because of the cold and give them better light during the day. They look fine in those pots at the moment.
They're too small to put into their final position at the moment. If they put on a spurt of growth during the next week or two, and you have the pots and space, I'd pot them on into larger pots in two week's time and put them into their final position in 4 - 6 weeks time (a month after potting on - or sooner if they do very well). It all depends on the weather.
