Why are you gardening?

I garden because it is my way to get outdoors and enjoy the fresh air. So basically it is a relaxing time for me after a long day of work, the plants are enjoyable company. I also garden to produce my own fruits and vegetables, that way if I need a tomato at the very moment, I don't need to go down to the store just to get one.
