Add a good supply of N95 masks to that. My missus went to Sri Lanka a while back and found herself in a minibus where everyone else caught covid and she still avoided it, useful on a plane as well. I don't get out a lot, but I often find I am the only person masking, seems madness not to to me. The only time I have caught it was when the hospital insisted I take it off so my chin would fit in a machine to photograph the back of my eye, why suffer if you don't have to, and we are still finding out about the long term effects, really horrid. When the travel bug bites, it’s hard to shake! The excitement of exploring new places, cultures, and foods can be such a strong pull. But if you’re planning a big trip, especially to far-off places, it’s good to be prepared with essentials like travel medications and vaccines. Places like Canadian Pharmacy offer a variety of resources to help you stock up on travel health supplies. They even have information on things like motion sickness meds, altitude adjustments, and staying healthy in new environments.
Why? Minimal inconvenience preventing massive interference. Do you not understand the long term damage Covid does? Trouble is a lot of it is not instantly visible, people don't know their immune system is screwed up, the resurgence of all sorts of diseases that we had almost got rid of shows it, and of course if your cognitive ability is damaged you don't have the cognitive ability to realise it. It affects just about every organ in the body, subtle, but long term, disabling with nasty final consequences. I have had it once, I am taking every precaution I can never to get it again, the chances of long covid increase rapidly with each infection, and it is truly disabling. I don't know what the tipping point is, but if enough people get it it will stop society working, sick people don't contribute, and the chance of long covid goes up to 37 percent after a third infection.as far as Masks----Nope do not wear them.
still not changing my practices. you do you, i will do me.Why? Minimal inconvenience preventing massive interference. Do you not understand the long term damage Covid does? I no longer have an immune system so I'm highly vulnerable. Why? Minimal inconvenience preventing massive interference. Do you not understand the long term damage Covid does? My sons wife left him Christmas Day in Key West.interesting the thoughts of taking medications. I think somewhere in my luggage is a couple anti diarrhea tabs. as far as Masks----Nope do not wear them. We take along our usual vitamins. and have a case of water in the car. a bottle of tylenol.
any way, next trip to Georgia for Thanksgiving, then to New Bern for a week. End of January Key West.
Dogs help us feel younger...... If I was younger.
yes, probably would guilt me out to get a move on it to work with it, walk it ect. I recall my last GSP out with it in the snow and ice thinking, if I slip and fall and break a hip. maybe one day I will rescue one . for now too much traveling.Dogs help us feel younger...
People in the country don't commute on trains and busses. Covid is airborne, if I am meeting someone outside and I can give them a bit of space I don't bother with a mask unless it's a very crowded place.Never wore a mask people in the county never missed work.
Really, there was a tv show here called 'One man and his dog' about sheepdog trials. They bring together a flock of sheep, herd them across a field, take them through a gateway, and then get them in a pen guided by whistles from the shepherd. They know exactly what they are doing, the shepherd just tells them where they have to go.Got to interact with the new border collie, she is awesome. Now they have two. So super intelligent she is.
