Papaver 'Patty's Plum beginning to open. Twice earlier in the year this poppy had to be moved which stopped it from blooming in May/June. Now, as we're on the brink of the first frosts here it has started to bud and flower, I hope the flowers survive.

I finally have a cucumber on my vine! The phone and I aren't getting along so I will have to charge the camera this weekend and get out and take some new photos. (Darn thing wouldn't even post to FB yesterday.)

Yellow squash is iffy, but it's as far as I've ever gotten with it. The okra is finally doing something, though the plants are still a bit small. The smaller eggplant variety is also producing :)
