Or is it mad at you? You have sooo many greenhouses and maybe there is just a curl of jealousy in those gentle petals?

It probably is both, I turfed it out of the greenhouse as it wasn't doing very well

Saw this wet rose today

I dug the few roses I have out of the garden earlier in the year and put them in pots. They're not that happy in the climate or the soil I have here. This picture I took towards the end of it's first blooming during early summer. It had just come back into full bloom again and a deer discovered it - it's been given a severe pruning!

Oh Dear We have partridges to do the pruning.
