We sowed thousands of seeds and Tetters dug the entire field over by hand last year

When did you sow your meadow?

We sowed almost all the seeds last autumn, and the evidence of that is beginning to show. This is now the bit where patience is required, and once a few flowers bloom, they will start to multiply on their own.
I did decide to be a bit choosy about what we would leave in and what to take out, and the other day dug out all the thistles - the ones that freely seeded themselves Hopefully it'll be worth taking some pictures soon.
