WHAT'S LOOKING GOOD IN MAY 2021

At the side of the path in the spinny where i walk barley. The year before last they cut down the poplar trees now the buttercups have grown. They have planted new native trees.

The cow parsley always grow at the side of the path.

November 2019, we bought six bare root roses direct from David Austin, they do very well on our patio. Better late than never the first has just started to flower. This is Olivia Rose Austin.

These are our "do what you like," azaleas in the bed to the side of the patio. There's no colour co-ordination or real control other than I take a pair of garden shears to them if they start to overrhang the patio too much. But the always do well in spite of being hard up against the fence so in the shade for much of the day.

Last of my winter carrots...and my whole 1 beet that I got this year. It ain’t much, but it’s honest work.
