Just curious to hear everyone’s thoughts on the current situation in Ukraine. With recent developments, including Russia intensifying its military focus in areas like the Kursk region and even reports of North Korean troops being involved alongside Russian forces, it seems like the conflict has reached another complex stage. Ukraine is holding its ground, but the dynamics are definitely shifting. Also, with the recent U.S. election results, there’s speculation on how changes in U.S. leadership might impact future support for Ukraine. Europe has indicated it may need to step up if U.S. aid shifts, but the specifics are still up in the air. How do you all see these factors influencing Ukraine’s position and the overall direction of the war?

Partial solution to the driving thing, I am 80 and only have one eye, DVLA has suspended my motorcycle licence for ten years now. I keep my car licence, but it only runs for three years and then they want doctor's and optician's reports before they renew.
I also did a RoSPA advanced driver's course at one time, it's amazing how much more there is to learn if you bother to.

The situation is definitely evolving fast. Ukraine’s resilience is impressive, but the shifting dynamics, especially with potential changes in U.S. support, add uncertainty. Europe will have to step up. On the ground, local initiatives like the urban vision lutsk project https://algorytm.ngo/en/projects/urban-vision-lutsk are showing how they can also help keep morale and development strong during tough times. I can not fail to note the ability of Ukrainians to hold out no matter what.
