What is wrong with this azalea?

Looking for a good price for Horticultural cornmeal. It seems to be kinda expensive.Thanks

I pay $11 for 50lbs at a cattle feed store. If they don't have it in stock they can sure order it easy enough. If you buy it at a nursery it is at least double that. Remember it is horticultural cornmeal and not enriched or corn gluten meal
