In the winter, should I reduce watering the grass? If so, how much to reduce it by please? 50%, 25%???

Right now it takes one hour to get the water down 1 inch deep, if I need to reduce it by 50% then I'll water it only 30 minutes in the winter

When bermuda is dormant (brown) I would reduce water enough to keep the soil DAMP 2 inches deep whether it be 50% or 10% or 90%.
