Love sitting on the patio! Ty
Today was the last opportunity this week I had to do a bit of painting of the woodwork in the garden, as rain is expected tomorrow.
So I painted the tea-house and the pergola rail to the side of the former koi pool, now our "rose patio."

I didn't paint the top of the pergola as there's too much wisteria foliage in the way. I've also left the big pergola on the back of the house for the same reason. They will have to wait for a dry day in November.
None of it really needed doing, but another coat always brings back the shine. I'm always in favour of doing this re-paint before it needs doing, as if it did, some rot might have already set in.
I am out raking around in my green grass! Thaw is sone though right? March maybe? The winter storm rolled out overnight. We didn't end up with as much snow as we might have, which I'm pretty happy about.
Here's the main native garden.
