Hi,
Blackie's been here over the last four days putting plenty of rain down whilst today and tomorrow are forecast more rain so everything's normal.
I've just wandered up the mountain but remembered to take the camera along so a few up to date pictures; having done a huge amount of work clearing hedges; digging up many stumps; hand digging then rotavating I was unsure what to do with the newly prepared patch of garden. Bron and I like flowers so we settled on creating a small wild flower meadow; the meadow flower seeds were bought and scattered and WOW it's looking like "The day of the triffids" I'm sure once they all bloom it's going to look wonderful.
Kind regards, Colin.
WOW; this was bare soil a few weeks ago now its turning into a meadow at very little cost other than hard graft.
Hostas; Potentilla's and Skyrocket conifers planted and doing well.
More ground cover to the left.
Our bungalow is down there somewhere?
It sure is steep but looks beautiful from our kitchen window; we have to come right up the garden to see this display at the top. The stakes are holding the sky rocket conifers and across the garden I've planted conifer; potentilla; conifer etc. For years I've only worked in the garden in order to prevent it becoming a jungle but over the last two years I've done a lot of work in our gardens now the work on our bungalow is finally completed.
