I've just made a courgette (zucchini) and potato dahl using green lentils, lots of tomatoes, onion and spices. Very nice and it keeps for ages in the fridge (although to be honest it usually doesn't make it past the first day!).
My mouth is watering from reading all of the fabulous recipes. When my garden is going strong I saute veggies several times a day with stuff picked just minutes before. I make a casserole with squash where I layer it with other veggies and cheese, a sort of veggie lasagna.
Today I'm cooking some squashes with some corn and cheese. We will have some rice with that! Sadly no, I didn't plant those things but maybe one day I'll be able to do so! I'd really like to get into preserving and canning once I move out, I also have big plans to dry my own herbs That's just a plan tho, hopely I have the chance to make it happen... I stil have a lot to learn
