I think rain must have stopped at 10pm last night. I let go of water or the butts have leaked, so now I have 2 and a half empty butts and about 10 buckets/tubs of water hanging around.. ghettoland! Very pleasant not hot or cold.. sun is trying to say hello slowly but surely. 19c

At 11.30 last night, had a very heavy shower. This morning light showers. Stopped now and pleasant.

Yes, i think our summer in this region has finished. The forecast for this month is going to be like this. But how do they know, they do the forecast for a week, but they don't know what the Friday is going to be.

Heavy showers again, got wet walking berry at 10.30 am. Hubby said it made a change in me getting wet, instead of him. Berry didn't like it when it was very heavy, it got in his eyes.

A heat wave is approaching apparently and temperature can go as high as 31°C / 88°F in next week. That is no longer comfortable, but is tolerable. It will be just a day or two, we will see.

12:30pm, Sunny, 31°C / 88°F, 35% humidity, UV index: 5 (moderate), little to no wind.

The driest day of the year, it seems. But this uncommon high temperature for the season will be short as a weather change is expected starting tomorrow, when high will drop to 24°C / 75°F.

Rain is expected (and welcome) for the next days.

We got a significant amount of rain today past midnight. 9:18am now, 22°C / 72°F, partly cloudy.

All the locals are stunned--over an inch of rain and temperatures in the high 80's, low 90's. This is unheard of in August in Texas! The weather forecasters on the TV look gobsmacked, too.
