just beautiful here today. a nice 70 degrees. I am off this week from work, planned it. Doing some proactive winter things outside etc. then will pack and be off on a ME trip up north for some R&R. My job has been crazy. I also need to really emotionally get myself together to write my resignation letter. One of my individuals passed away last week, another is passing away this week, she is under hospice. Knowing these folks for over 17 years its hard sometime, but glad they are out of pain. The place I am going seems to promise to treat me like a queen, which I need. Hope to get some beautiful fall shots in with my camera.

Straightline winds and rainstorms to start the day at 72f, now it is in the 30s headed to freezing. First freeze warning of the year. Goodbye fall squash! The winds broke a bradford pear, uprooted an altheia (rose of sharon) split the japanese persimmon in half, and dropped a large limb on the roof of my truck.
