Sorry that you didn't have any rain alp.
We had a bit just to wet the ground at 5pm, stopped at 7pm. So still had to water, but it was fresher.

Hi,

Blackie gave us a decent shower yesterday. Yorkshire Water capacity is still around 75%; we are asked to be sensible using water but as yet no hosepipe ban in place; I've put the hosepipe away and now use the watering can. (y)

I knew it would rain because I polished the Yeti. :)

Thanks:) but not enough to stop watering.:cry:

Haven't used the hose pipe for years, it's so boring standing in one place. It does take longer but i don't mind. A neaghbour asked me why don't i treat myself to a hose pipe, i said we've got one, but it's more exercise walking up and down the garden.:)
