UPDATE: Well, since it is already 66F / 18C, the weather guessers have changed their minds!

They now say I will have a high of 65F, with 100% "chance" of rain.

By the time it is 100% I think they should remove the word "chance," and just say "It's going to rain."

Hi,

Poured with rain yesterday afternoon and last night; I can't understand why it's not raining now? 6C to 12C today so I'm in the workshop today and I'll be wrapped up well; I dislike being cold which is unfortunate given our dire climate.

In the workshop though the sun constantly sines.
