Hi,

Many thanks alp for your compliment and suggestions. (y):)

Bron and I should have been born 100 years from now then we would have the benefit of a "force field" right over our premises including gardens. At our last house over 30 years ago I built a greenhouse of clear corrugated sheeting; Gale loved this and did her best to blow it down; it sure was noisy as it crackled and creaked in the wind; I have difficulty getting into the workshop here any time of the year without getting wet; perhaps I should rename myself on the forum as "The man from Atlantis" :(

If I'm not snow clearing again tomorrow morning I might manage a day in the workshop with the heating full on? (y)

Kind regards, Colin.

I cry with them! :cry::cry::cry::cry::cry:
They knew that it was happening but they leave it to the last minute to get out. That coast line has been going like that for a long time. Because what it's made of.

It's looking very dodgy at the moment.

It could be cleared enough for golf tomorrow.

My wife will not be best pleased if I bale out of going, if it's warmer and sunny and I'm under her feet all day.

It snowed a bit last night,but it should get better. The ice was crunchy and not slippy. It should be all up hill after tomorrow.

Yes, the snow on my hellebore patches hasn't melted and in fact has piled up from last night. My hellbores look like stewed again! :cry::cry::cry:
