It's still raining. I joke with OH that I'm alright I don't have to walk the boys, I'll be dry and warm.

Our overcast skies are gone, at least for a couple of days. It's in the 70's, rising to the low 80's this afternoon. Rain predicted for overnight and the next three days (off and on, not constant rain). I suppose the gardens will appreciate the rain. . . .

Very humid today and I was sweating sitting on the bus. My yellow geums are literally wilting. 22C at least. Thank heavens that this morning was a bit cloudy and cool.

I'm a bit out of prison this morning. 3 butts and I have got hold of all sorts of utensils and it is still raining. I was up quarter to 6 and directed all water to all possible desert areas in the garden, mostly the edges of the sunny borders. What a relief! It's like gold rush..
