I'd do that if I were to go back to meat, only thing i've eaten since then was a road killed pheasant when I was skint and hungry, but it didn't feel right.
I am not vegetarian.. I tried to be one but only lasted for three days maximum when I decided to live a healthier lifestyle, I find I would get hungry after a couple of hours when I eat veggies alone. I grew up with large meat consumption.. I know it's not healthy so I try to lessen it but still almost always have it in my meals.
Vegetable salad would be nice. You don't have to add lots of ingredients.. make it simple but presentable also don't forget the fruits.
