The pineapple and the other one aren't real. The figurines don't have the right texture and they are too tall in proportion.

Jessi, I wish I could find them.. I have about 150 Gb of photos sitting on an external hard drive which I have been thinking of posting on flicker.. but I never get to it.. the sheer magnitude of the job puts me off.. If I ever get one of those pictures.. I will surely send it to you.

What are the eyes made of, though? Cherries maybe for the dark part?

Yes, I think they're cherries because they're quite big.

I found something really lovely, a guide on how to make roses from an orange peel:

I thought this dragon was pretty awesome. This must have taken a whole day to do. I think it's made of watermelon.

These exotic birds are ridiculously detailed. I can't begin to imagine how much time and work this fruit sculpture entailed.

Oh wow! this is indeed real art.. each one of these on this page is done beautifully. The penguin is easy and fun to make I guess,
the bird sculptures are only for the great artists.. it is too time consuming and intricate.
