If a person used sage sausage you could chop up old tennis shoes and put in the stuffing and it would taste good.
mines the same as yours and then I add more stuff that you have not got in there. It's not the same ingredients,I just use sausages, propper breadcrumbs, onions and sage. No eggs, apple, celery and walnuts.

Ok, now your "thinness" makes sense. I won't ask you to elaborate about the operation, I understand.Crohn's operation
If you keep it a "simple" stuffing, such as already cooked onions and celery (the later two cold) then the bread cubes are done of course. add the seasoning and throw it into the bird.If you do cook the stuffing first, make sure it's cooled down before putting it into the bird.
I know what I'm doing,so I'm not worried about not cooking it properly.

Thanks @alp I don't want to upset anyone.
That's great, I'd rather be in the garden.I have no talents in the kitchen or garden and I'm still happy ..
Not everybody likes turkey, they think it's dry.I am now thinking of Boxing Day Dinner, New Year's dinner with no Turkey .. I just don't fancy Turkey. A dinner to your place, Logan, might change all that! Just the very thought cheers me up..
I fancy a sirloin or rump steak rare or medium .. more than anything else.
