Ok I put in refrigerator now. But it's safe to cook and eat?
Sure it is. When it was picked it was probably pretty warm outside and the moisture inside the squash started to expand a tiny bit and escaped through the stem

I was always taught to sit winter squash on a drying rack or tray for a minimum of 10-12 days before taking them in to store. I can tell you I have 7 butternut squash, 2 Acorn squash and 3 Hubbard squash left over from last years harvest. I had to throw 2 Butternut squash away over the spring that didn't make it.
