This year's increase of dragonflies?

I have seen only a few dragonflies in the past few days. The weather is getting cooler and I may see one or two during the day. I know that when it gets cold I will not see any at all. I like dragonflies and I hope to see them again when spring comes.

I have seen more dragonflies than I normally do, I can say it is because there are more or because I am paying attention more. I also a humming bird at one of my plants for the first time ever.

It's starting to get really cool now so I haven't seen anymore dragonflies. I will miss them when winter sets in, but I will be looking for them when spring gets here.

I have noticed this too! My mom and I were sitting outside last weekend and there were literally hundreds flying in her back yard.
