I saw the biggest spider I ever saw (in real life) at a gas station in Georgia. Including its legs, it was the size of a freaking dinner plate, and I was the one doing the freaking!! It was between the car and I when I came out from the bathroom, and I swear on all I hold holy, that thing would not let me past it. I tried to walk around it, and it moved toward me!!!

My poor father had to carry his shrieking seven year old to the car!!

I still have three flower beds to clean out and perennials to prune back, more weeding in the onion patch, and herbs to pot up. I'd rather take a nap!
I'm behind this year because it has been colder longer, and much wetter. That's my story and I'm sticking to it .

Well now I'm laid up for a week due to surgery (minor, outpatient. But strict orders for no activity). I was going to clean out some old beds and plant some wildflower shade mix I got at the dollar store. Next week maybe.

I hope you have retained all your parts? It gets harder to do as we age. I hope you are well.

Not to worry, I shall endure. The plus side is my wife is waiting in me hand and foot. I'll be back to the garden soon, with all my bits intact. Just sore and uncomfortable for a bit.

We just had 2 female kittens spayed, and I can only hope you missed out on anything like that.

Got some nematodes to use for Vineweevil to put in the pots of blueberries and rhubarb, might do it this week, waiting for the weather to warm up a bit.
