Roma Tomatoes, but which?

One of the best tomatoes, and much larger than the Roma variety, is the Amish Paste.
Very meaty and perfect for pasting. Give it a try next year, you'll be glad you did.

Me. It takes a broad frying pan and about an hour before you start dinner. Not the everyday gig but worth it. Just add tomato sauce, olive oil..
