Yes, whether you have plants interspersed or not, I think rock can be very attractive, and a form of inexpensive landscaping. Around here many people will build a rock garden and use it as a planter of sorts. It can help people with their trees and bushes. A rock garden can be quite attractive I think.

The above backyard is very nice. I would like to have something like that in my backyard. I would like to get the fake boulders for the yard if they do not look fake.
