There is an amazing Australian series called Glitch. Second series just being aired now. I don't know if you guys all around the world can access it but really a very interesting and absorbing show.

@DeborahJane : Don't think I have heard of Glitch, but A place to call home is very popular with us. I liked the 1st series, the following ones weren't as good as the first one.

Used to like Neighbours, but that was years ago.

@DeborahJane if it's Australian TV company, we haven't heard it here in the UK. Unless it's a joint venture with the BBC and Australia. Same as Top Of The Lake and A Place To Call Home, i thought that it was good in all of the series.
Neaghours was OK when Jason Donavon was in it.haha.

Watched a bit of how to stay young, it's nothing new. They take a few volunteers and measure there body mass and they go on a exercise bike, to see how much oxygen they take in. Then they tell them how old they're bodies really are.
