Catching up with Life beyond the Lobby. I fell asleep watching the Mansourd. Giles woke me up when he said that he asked around for the kind of present to buy for Akram and was told Leg of lamb would be best. He said, "What's better than a side of meat with organs still attached!"

Alp, that's horrible. When I was little I wouldn't go into the local butchers with my mom, because the smell of the meat was really strong to me. But I'd still eat it.

Been watching, Escape to the country, such lovely country side.A lot in Shropshire.We got 4 of our dogs from Shropshire, very hilly.

Love Shropshire - went to Ironbridge and had a wonderful Balti.. The best I've ever had. Escape to the country is very good. The last programme I saw, they visited Wisley and there was a man planting for biodiversity ..

They showed Ironbridge today.

It's lovely. We were given a painting of ironbridge when we got married. Wonder where it's gone. It's lovely. Tried to take son there but didn't know the way.

I've got it recorded, see it tomorrow. Just watched trust me I'm a vet. They did a bit about cleaning dog's teath. The best way is to brush them with dog toothpaste and brush.

Oh, dear! When we had dogs back home, we never bothered about brushing their teeth..

 

[Logan]

I do ours.They say that if there's a lot of plaque on teath and gum desease, it can effect the internal organs. But I grew up with dogs and cats, never did it and the teath was alright. Same with the jabs that they have to have every year. We did have to have a dog license.
