Hehehe, love the ceramic chickens and the overall creativity of this person , but tire planters have never been my thing and odds are they never will. They sure look cute in different colors, but I can still tell they're tires. That doesn't mean I don't find them visually appealing, but I don't think I'd do that in my garden

Some of these examples above are very attractive. Don't forget that old tires can also be used to make swings, assuming you have some sturdy trees to hang them from. Here in Florida those are usually easy to find.

They are a great idea but I think I'd have to tame the colours a little.

Using tires is a good idea. I would have preferred if all were say brown so that the flowers show up. Just a thought.
