Please help! What are these tiny black dots on my dwarf Meyer lemon leaves?

@atlgirl you may enjoy this light read on essential oils. I started to use them in the garden for fungal control after learning about neem oil and have grown to appreciate them more and more. It is hard to describe the permanent humidity we have here in the South and how things come out of nowhere to grow on our plants. Or eat on them for that matter.

Great article about essential oils--thanks for sharing! I'll have to expand beyond my use of Neem oil. So much to learn!
