Plants really do know how to talk

Wow! If that is so, I wonder what they talk about. Somehow the thought reminds me of the movie "The Happening" wherein the plants and trees sort of release neurotoxins in the air in reply to humanity's threats. I guess it’s no surprise though, I believe every species have a way of communication even if we don’t understand it.
