YES, I googled it and it looks like. Now it makes sense why I found few of the black cherry-like small fruits in my garden. I still have no idea from where it came, none of my neighbors has it. I keep it

Mickey- Nightshade is not a plant you want to keep! It is also called belladonna and is very poisonous! I recommend getting rid of it.
