Fuchsias which I am trying to turn into standards.

I had some lovely blooms over the weekend, including my new lily and my lotus.

Absolutely beautiful, both of you!!

Wow! I have only been away for a few hours, lugging floor tiles and so many beautiful things have been uploaded on the thread. Thank you soooooooo much.. Such lovely lotus, @tbendl Can't believe the gorgeous translucent colours! No wonder, lotus features so importantly in Buddhism.. Very exquisite flowers, @tbendl ! You must be awfully proud.

@BigC is like @johnny canoe , no end to your talents.. Such beautiful lettering.. I have never seen such bathing accessories before, but then, I have no consumer power! I can see big businesses ahead of you, @BigC and @johnny canoe .. Hope we are not going to lose a few posts because of your business.

I am super tickled with it! It stands so tall out of the water and changes color every day. I will be adding another lotus next year for sure.

He is great! Got the all clear from the doctor on Thursday and he was out golfing on Sunday!
How is the knee doing? Are you doing your exercises?

Yes I'm doing my exercises.might get signed off next week on Thursday, got to go back to the orthopedic clinic and week next Friday see the physio.Go to go on a exercise bike, and if I can turn the pedals round, she will sign me off.

Good that everybody is signing the doctor off. @tbendl Those pics will stay with me forever. There is a jewellery channel here selling Padparadscha Sapphires and the presenter says that they fetch such a high price because of its lotus like colour.. Now I know what she means. But I prefer your lotus - the colours are just out of this world. Glad to see so many lovely things on this thread, @BigC bathing accessory and @tbendl 's lotus, not forgetting @Logan bountiful harvest and @johnny canoe 's helpfulness.

@Larisa Yours are fabulous. I have only got about 3 of them. I have bought quite a few, but managed to kill them .. The blooms of the red ones are showing all sorts of stresses, not half as pretty as yours. Would love to have all of yours. I'm not greedy, am I?

Have to go to bed now as it has been a busy day... @tbendl need the floor tiles for my lean to. Was thinking of using floor vinyl, but the big chain store staff said that I bought 5.2 by 2.9m, but he would need to charge at 4m as that's the size they came in, And then, he charged me 5.2 by 4m for gluing down the plastic sheet. But my lean-to is barely 3m. And then I asked him if they could fix the skirting board as the plastering work was bad near the skirting board area. He said NO and that they only glued the sheet down. I was so livid that I changed my mind and bought ceramic tiles instead.
