Need help identifying a tree

We have that decorative tree here. Unfortunately, I do not know the name because I was not able to ask the owner. I usually see it in the garden of the elite particularly when I get invited to parties. But from what I remember, the similar trees I saw had fruits that were not red but dark green that looked like star fruits. Maybe I would take a photo of that tree when we would have our Christmas party in the house of one rich colleague of mine.
