Bunchberry (Cornus canadensis) is a rhizomatous herbaceous perennial Dogwood (Cornus, Cornaceae), with showy white flora bracts followed by human-edible red drupes. Growing in cool, damp climates, Bunchberry is intolerant of drought and high Summer heat. It is therefore found in parts of North America that are higher in latitude or altitude, as well as the cool coastal regions of northeastern Asia, Sakhalin, and Japan.

I suppose you mean that technically a head of a Thistle (Cynareae, Asteraceae) is a capitate inflorescence composed of many flowers.

The national Flower of Cyprus is the endemic, autumn-blooming Cypriot Cyclamen (Cyclamen cyprium) in the Primrose Family (Primulaceae). Curiously, Cyclamen cyprium is also listed as the National Flower of the landlocked micro-state of San Marino, on the Italian peninsula, where it is not native. However some sources just list Cyclamen, in toto as the National Flower of San Marino.

The Old World Waterlily, Nymphaea nouchali is the National Flower of Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Egypt. though that may change due to taxonomic revision. The white-flowered form of N. nouchali is the National Flower of Bangladesh, while a pale blue-flowered form is the National Flower of Sri Lanka. In Egypt, the Blue Egyptian Lotus (N. nouchali var. caerulea) is the National Flower, but recent phylogenetic evidence suggests it should be regarded as a distinct species: Nymphaea caerulea.
Note: Even though it is commonly called the Blue Egyptian Lotus, it is not related to the 'true' Water Lotus of the genus Nelumbo.
