Somebody has played with the tint and color saturation in that photo.
The spots on Tropaeolum x 'Ladybird Cream Purple Spot' are a deep wine red, not brilliant violet.
The exact parentage is unclear but this may be a hybrid between Tropaeolum majus and Tropaeolum minus.
