My orchid is dying how to save it ?

I've got a few of Tetter's Orchids, haven't killed them yet

Oh I'm jealous lol but my orchid looks alittle bit better now I let it rest for couple of days and repot it to a smaller pot and water it yesterday. The roots looks green again
So I guess it's a good sign
