bok chio can go with just about anything if you use mind....
grilled a couple rib-eyes and sauteed some onions and throw in some bok at the last moment...that was off the hook.

since the big storm over the weekend, the hoop houses was flattened due to the snow and sleet. cleared everyone off once home but still unable to peak under the plastic due the mess.
and will not know how bad since i will be going out of town for a couple days for work..only time will tell...

Oh my gosh! Your garden is such a dream! It is two or three times the side of my backyard at the old house. Right now, I live in a condo, and I only had tiny strip to garden coming in the summer.

Such a fruitful garden!

got back home yesterday late... this morning drove into town got a haircut dw told me that i was starting get a little woolly..

but here is what i found lost a few but still happy...
the lettuce.... will need to pick off some of the frost bit portions but there's a couple good salads out there...

tonight will cover them back up after that might be able to keep them uncovered for a couple nights... hope to get out there tomorrow and trim back all the frostbite on everyone....
