My amaryllis came back from near death and has flowered

Congratulations! It's amazing that you've managed to bring it back from what was basically death. Did you do anything special, or did you just treat it as you would any other plant?

I am hoping last yrs one is going to rebloom again i have now started to water again as its been resting for a few months now.

But my new one Black Pearl s in bud now it wont be long till it opens.

They are ever so beautiful.

That is so wonderful and I'm glad the amaryllis came back for you. It's nice hearing about these amazing true stories. I would definitely do the same thing if a flower didn't look that great. The amaryllis is such a beautiful looking flower and I have always liked them too.

I can well imagine the joy. I wish mine came up. It never did. I had it in my garden and it used to spring up each year but suddenly stopped and I have now lost it forever.
