Hi Chuck. It's me again. Would you please look at the attached photos and tell if the form and the color of the leaves are normal? One of the plants has burned leaves and another one has deformed leaves. But one of them seems right. The one with burned leaves looks not to be sprouting anymore.
No, it's not normal. When new growth turns yellow it is a sign of chlorosis. Have you fertilized them? If so, with what?

Not yet. I have chicken, sheep and cow natural fertilizer. Which one should I use?
I would compost all three of them and when ready I would mix a couple of handfulls into a gallon of water and make a solution. I would feed them that way. Your trees are lacking in minerals and NPK and that is why the leaves look like they do. Do not use the manure fresh, compost it. But for now, just use the sheep until you can get composted chicken and cow manure. You can use the sheep manure fresh.

Hello

I planted a mango tree and it is from graft, crooked at the base. Will it correct itself or will the crocked trunk cause issues as it grows.

I have provided support for the trunk so it grows straight from the top.

Also it is planted in a whole at depth due to the tip being surrounded by concrete. The depth it is planted at is open and will allow roots to grow out. If I plant at the top will it be ok so the roots grow down or will the circle?

Yes they are alive but for now they have stopped sprouting and even the healthiest one is getting some brown spots on the leaves. I send you some pictures
I added some NPK fertilizer dissolved in water and some solutions made of sheep and cows' bought from a supplier. And they look like the pictures now. Not better. How long does it take for the fertilizer to work? It has been about two weeks and no signs of improvement yet

It looks like they are staying too wet because the leaf margins are brown. A minimum of 2 weeks and probably a month before leaves start returning to normal.

Hi Chuck. My mangoes are dieing. One of them looks dead for sure. The others are close to☹️just look at the photos to see what has happened to them. Would you please tell me what is the reason and what should I do. It didn't happen overnight but it didn't take long. It happened faster to the healthiest one. At first it had a few brown dots on its leaves. Then the edges of the leaves got brown. Then the whole leaf.

I don't know what happened for sure. You said the leaves developed brown spots and then the leaf turned brown and died? That could be anything from anthracnose to brown spot fungus. What has the temperature been?

Yes. At first they were really tiny. Since the first time the spots appeared the temperature has been 35 to 44. Direct morning sun light and afternoon shade. During last two or three weeks, the temperature has been 30-40 and the same amount of sun light. Even the watering has been the same. When it got worse, about 4 days ago I added 50 cc of Iron syrup (containing zink, sulfate, folic acid and some other minerals) to 1 litre of water and waterd the mangoes. But it didn't help. No difference yet

Your high temperatures are part and maybe a lot of the problems. Maximum temperatures are about 35C but they will grow and produce at about 45C. They also prefer full sun all day. But, I don't think temperatures are the problem. Are the plants staying damp, not wet. The browning of the leaves looks a lot like not enough water. How often do you water them. The pots look small so evaporation will be a big factor, especially in 40C+ temps. Tell me more about the spots. Did they have a yellow ring around them at any time? Did the spots change shape?

They survived the hottest days of the year here. About one month ago the temperature was about 47 some days. Now the its about 10 degrees cooler it has happened. I water them every three to four days. There was no yellow ring around the spots that I could see. Look at the photos of two separate leaves. One whle green. The others is about 2 weeks after the first tiny dots. I just replanted them into new soil. Look at the root. It looks rotten. And they haven't spread out enough regarding their pot. The root likes as if it was in a very small pot. My pots are at least ten times bigger. They're 5-litre pots. About 7 cubic inches.

Looks like root rot. Scratch a small portion of the root. It should be white. If it is root rot you were watering too often and not letting the soil around the roots dry out enough. They should stay damp, not wet. This would also cause black spot fungus but I see no sign of black spot. The following link is a few of the serious diseases of mango. Do any of the spots look like yours?
