Woke up early again!
Going to be raining!
Went to the allotment and heard a lot of drill noise, saw a van with two young men who were making raised bed frames. They told me that their boss got an allotment and it had been covered with bramble and they cleared it and later I went to have a look. Yes, all flat with a weed suppressing membrane on top and then about 8 raised bed frames! No messing about. I wonder if they were going to sow for their boss again! Apparently, the boss owns a building company! Useful neighbours to have!
Penstemon is so happy in the allotment - lots of stems and flowers. Much better than at home!
This, believe it or not, is a Green Twister. Well, with this weather, it is doubtful if I can harvest the seeds!

. I tried to harvest the green echinacea seeds that turned out to be a clump of useless and seedless mush!
This beauty, on the other hand, never ceases to impress!
achillea! Need to find the label!
Gaura, in a heap!
Argyranthemum, not half a patch on the red one!
Creme de Cassis which can on on its stem, proud and independent!
Myrtle Folly! I need to take cuttings of this screamer!
Blue Bayou, should really be named pink Bayou!
The day before yesterday, it was my watermelon; today, my multi coloured carrots - yesterday's dinner!
