Lets see your orchids!

Orchids are very cool. My mother must have 20 or so in her house I have had a few but not with much luck. This year my mother gave my wife one and it's actually blooming for the third time.

I had trouble finding a spot that my orchid likes when we moved house - it was quite unhappy for a while and lost all it's flowers, but I'm pleased to say that it is happy again and has a new shoot with buds! Can't wait to see it blossom

Beautiful! Now, sit back and enjoy them for months.. that is what I love about orchids.. My purple orchids stayed for almost six months.. there were five stalks of flowers that came from one single stalk.. I was so amazed.. they haven't bloomed since then.. I am waiting for the next bunch of orchids.. right now there is one spent bunch of white orchids on my window sill .

I wish I could post a picture of my orchid, but alas, I killed it. It was a pretty thing, but I think I watered it too much.

Yes Linda you have to be careful not to over water Orchids.

Only water and with feed when pots are light or roots are white an easy tip to grow healthy Orchids.
