Keeping any lawn looking pristine can be quite a job. While I like to see a pristine-looking lawn, I would say that our lawn gets mowed on average about once a month. We usually use a weed wacker. During the rainy season, the grass grows up so quickly, that weed wacking has to be done more often than at this time of year when it is not so rainy. Sometimes weeds stay on the lawn for a long time if the weed wacker is not working and has to be fixed or if we cannot find the time to get the job done. I always admire lawns that are well kept. No matter how beautiful a garden is, if the lawn is full of weeds, it takes away from the beauty of the area.
