Yeah, it has been a wet year so the tomatoes didn't do as well. But in my recent post "growing greens & root crops in August" lists on the greens and root crops I'm growing for the Fall and winter.

It had been a hotter than hot summer here so most of my edibles have tanked. I'm considering trying again with squash and cucumbers, and greens and root crops would likely do okay since I grow in containers, but I'm not sure I really have the time as I now work full-time. Good luck with your fall and winter crops!

I don't have much left of my veggie garden the lack of rain and the heat didn't help. I still have my 2 cherry tomato that has done well this year with more than I can eat. Blue lake bush beans are about done for the season and now I'll start saving seed for next year only need around 100 for next years crop. I save them because their GMO free. Its hard to find GMO free seeds or even plants.
